These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the pk48 platform and its users ("you" or "user"). By using pk48's website, services, or games, you are considered to have fully read, understood, and accepted these Terms. 1. General Terms

2.2 One Account Policy

3. Account Security

You are solely responsible for the security of your account. It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials (username and password) confidential and not share them with anyone. Please keep the following security points in mind:

• Always log out after signing in from a public or shared device.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Conditions

For deposits on pk48, we currently accept the following mobile financial services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 (for each method). Please note:

• Deposited funds must come from the user's own account.
• Deposits made through a third party are strictly prohibited.
• Deposit transactions are generally processed instantly.

4.2 Withdrawal Conditions

The same payment method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay) will be used for withdrawals. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. The following factors are considered at the time of withdrawal:

• The account must be fully verified.
• Withdrawals may be on hold if the wagering requirements of an active bonus have not been met.
• Withdrawal funds will be sent only to the account used for the deposit.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 200% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳2,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳3,000. Or depositing ৳22,000 gives the maximum ৳20,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳42,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus. For example: for a ৳2,000 bonus, ৳40,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn (৳2,000 × 20 = ৳40,000).

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Bonus offers apply only to eligible users.
• Each bonus offer has a specific expiry period, and unused bonuses will be cancelled after expiry.
• Certain game restrictions may apply to bets placed with bonus funds.
• If bonus abuse or fraudulent activity is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
• pk48 reserves the right to change or cancel bonus offers at any time.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Fair Play Policy

6.2 Sports Betting

• To comply with a court order or directive from an authority.

10.2 Closure by the User
